As a Plumbing Drain Technician, you will diagnose and repair residential drain systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license to drive company vehicle.
• Excellent listening, decision making and troubleshooting skills.
• Prior plumbing and drain cleaning experience/exposure is a plus.
• Solid interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• A desire to learn and become a licensed plumber and willingness to study for an exam.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned calls or in-shop repairs in a professional manner and to the best of his/her ability.
• Unclog and clean sewers and drains for the customer under supervision.
• Field duties include operating company vehicle in safe and courteous manner.
• Observe all safety requirements.
• Communicate in a professional manner when in uniform.
• Properly maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment.
• Accountable for meeting goals, following work rules, and proper conduct.
• Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
• Have or be willing to get the proper certifications.
