Requirements

• 2 years of experience in a dispatch role (required)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a customer-first attitude

Nice To Haves

• Service Titan experience (highly preferred)
• Experience in plumbing or home services dispatch (preferred)
• Familiarity with dispatching or scheduling software is a plus

Responsibilities

• Answer and prioritize emergency and non-emergency service calls
• Schedule and dispatch service technicians for installations and repairs
• Maintain accurate customer records in our database
• Coordinate with field teams to troubleshoot service issues
• Ensure clear and timely communication between customers and technicians
• Play a critical role in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently
