About The Position

JCM Associates, Inc. is seeking a driven and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Plumbing Coordinator/ Drafter/designer. This is a full-time, in office (Maryland or Pennsylvania), position focused on drafting and/or plumbing design for commercial construction projects in the Maryland, Virginia, and DC areas. Requirements

Experience drafting and/or coordinating commercial systems in Revit and Navis, preferred not required
Associates degree in drafting or mechanical design, or minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
Field experience in plumbing installation or Entry Level with College Degree also acceptable
Capable of producing detailed plumbing drawings, creating and modeling Revit experience is preferred but not required, Autodesk product knowledge acceptable
Ability to read engineering drawings and general knowledge of MEP systems
Strong computer skills and communication skills

Responsibilities

Design and engineering of construction drawings for piping and plumbing systems
Produce coordination and/or design drawings while utilizing problem solving skills
Collaborate with others to produce deliverable documents in a timely manner
Learn and utilize Navisworks, along with Revit to produce 3D models
