About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Contractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair. The Plumbing Contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all plumbing systems are installed correctly and function efficiently.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Proficient in plumbing techniques, including welding and pipe assembly.
• Strong ability to read schematics and technical documents related to plumbing installations.
• Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and estimating materials needed for projects.
• Experience with heavy lifting as required by the physical demands of the job.
• Knowledge of carpentry skills can be beneficial when working on integrated projects within construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
• Assemble and install pipes, fittings, and fixtures using hand and power tools.
• Perform pipe threading and ensure proper connections for water supply and drainage systems.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to determine layout requirements.
• Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or potential problems.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals on-site to ensure project timelines are met.
• Adhere to safety regulations while performing heavy lifting and working in various construction environments.
