About The Position

We are hiring Plumbing Apprentices for both New Construction and Service work. This is a paid, full-time opportunity to gain hands-on experience, learn from skilled professionals, and build a stable, high-demand career in the plumbing trade.
You’ll receive on-the-job training using both tools and technology in a positive, ethical, and safety-focused environment.

Requirements

• 6 months to 2 years of plumbing or construction experience preferred
• Willingness to learn and grow within the trade
• Strong work ethic with a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid Florida driver’s license (required for insurance eligibility)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Presentable appearance and professional demeanor
• Basic hand tools preferred

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Assist plumbers with daily job duties in residential and/or commercial settings
• Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and cleanliness on job sites and in company vehicles
• Arrive on time, ready to learn and contribute
• Keep tools and work areas organized
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
