About The Position

The apprentice will focus on foundational maintenance services and ride along with senior plumbers to develop the skills required to become a full-service plumber.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn a skilled trade
• Ability to work in confined spaces, lift equipment, and perform physical tasks
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
• Basic hand tool familiarity is a plus (not required)
• No prior plumbing experience required — training provided

Responsibilities

• Assist with water heater maintenance, including flushing and preventative service
• Perform whole-home plumbing inspections under supervision
• Support drain cleaning services, including basic clearing and preventative maintenance
• Ride along with experienced service technicians to observe and assist with: Plumbing repairs and replacements Troubleshooting plumbing systems Customer communication and service best practices
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Properly handle tools, equipment, and materials
• Accurately document work performed and observations
• Follow all company safety policies and plumbing codes
• Represent the company professionally in customers’ homes
