Logan A/C & Heat Services is seeking a highly motivated Residential Plumbing Apprentice to join our Columbus team. No prior plumbing experience is required. This is the perfect entry-level position to begin a rewarding career in a skilled trade. Through our state-of-the-art in-house Plumbing Apprentice Program, you will receive comprehensive, paid, hands-on training, expert mentorship, and a clearly defined pathway to advance to Lead Plumber status in approximately one year, based on performance. Responsibilities
- Assisting with the installation of equipment according to manufacturer specifications.
- Receiving, verifying, and loading all necessary materials for each job.
- Adhering to all applicable plumbing codes, company policies, and procedures.
- Maintaining timely, professional, and respectful communication with customers and team members.
- Upholding a clean, polished, and professional image to generate positive reviews, repeat business, and customer referrals.
