About The Position

This eight-week program offers a unique combination of classroom training at our Furr Academy in Manassas, VA, and on-the-job training in the market where you'll be making an impact. Hurry, as this opportunity has limited capacity! During this apprenticeship, you'll embark on a journey that leads to becoming an entry-level Plumbing Service Technician. With a mix of classroom sessions and hands-on (ride-along) training, you'll be paid while learning. The first-year post-training offers an achievable compensation range from $50,000 to $70,000.

• Ability to work independently and maintain a 'can do' attitude.

• Enjoy engaging with customers and identifying opportunities to enhance their plumbing experience.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new plumbing technologies, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication of issues, repairs, and recommendations to customers.
• Valid Driver's License with a good driving record; must be at least 21 years old.
• High School diploma (or GED).

Responsibilities

• Learn and assist alongside experienced technicians to install, maintain and repair plumbing systems in residential settings.
• Apply creative thinking to troubleshoot and resolve plumbing-related issues.
• Ensure customer contentment while adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
