Requirements

• No Experience Necessary: We'll teach you everything you need to know! Experience is a bonus but not required. We hire for the right person and will train the skills.
• Basic Tool Knowledge: Familiarity with hand tools and their use is required.
• Positive Attitude: A can-do approach, eagerness to learn, and a willingness to grow are a must.
• Physical Ability: Comfortable with physical work, including lifting, bending, and working in various weather conditions.
• Reliability: Show up on time and ready to work every day.

Responsibilities

• Assisting plumbers on various residential and commercial plumbing projects.
• Learning the trade hands-on, including installations, repairs, and troubleshooting.
• Using hand tools and power tools to complete daily tasks.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Providing exceptional customer service and representing the company with pride.
