You will work onsite in Houston in a full-time role, with your schedule set for Monday through Friday . Choose between two convenient shifts: 7 am to 4 pm or 8 am to 5 pm. This consistent weekday schedule means you'll have your evenings and weekends free. WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL? As a Plumbing and HVAC Warehouse Associate, you will start your day organizing and managing all aspects of warehouse operations. You will spend your time receiving, storing, picking, staging, and distributing materials and equipment, keeping inventory levels accurate through regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation. You will implement and enforce inventory controls to minimize loss and shrinkage, coordinate material needs with the operations team and field technicians, and oversee ordering and restocking. Your day will also include managing tools and assets for technicians, maintaining a safe and organized warehouse, and ensuring compliance with safety policies and OSHA standards. You will play a key role in developing warehouse processes, managing warehouse staff, and preparing inventory and usage reports, all while supporting fleet and job staging needs. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will ensure materials are documented and inventory status is clearly communicated to management.
