About The Position

Skillforce is currently hiring experienced Journeyman and Master Plumbers for commercial projects in the Louisville, KY area. This is a great opportunity for skilled Plumbers looking for steady work with a reputable contractor. This is a contract to hire role working a minimum of 40 hours a week, with potential for 60 hours a week as needed. Pay for this role is up to $40/hr depending upon experience and license.

Requirements

• Valid Journeyman or Master Plumbing License required
• 4+ years of commercial plumbing experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and basic hand/power tools
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and safety practices

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems including water, drainage, and gas lines
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Perform layout, assembly, and installation according to codes and project requirements
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues efficiently and safely
• Collaborate with other trades and site supervisors to ensure timely project completion
• Maintain a clean and safe work area while adhering to all safety regulations
