The Plumber's Apprentice position is designed for individuals eager to learn the plumbing trade while assisting experienced journeyman plumbers. This role involves hands-on training in the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems, with a focus on safety and adherence to plumbing codes.

Assist journeyman plumbers in the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
Learn to read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems
Assemble and install pipes, fittings, and fixtures according to plumbing codes and standards
Use hand tools and power tools to cut, bend, weld, and thread pipes
Collaborate with other construction professionals on remodeling projects
Perform basic math calculations to measure, cut, and install pipes accurately
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Knowledge of construction plumbing techniques and practices
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for plumbing tasks
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
Basic math skills for measuring, cutting, and installing pipes accurately
Familiarity with welding techniques for pipe connections
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with colleagues and clients
Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced plumbers

Experience in remodeling or maintenance person work is a plus
