About The Position

Parker-Arntz Plumbing & Heating, Inc. is a Michigan-based commercial plumbing contractor specializing in large-scale commercial and multifamily new construction and renovation projects across Michigan and Ohio. We are actively growing and are looking for experienced commercial plumbers who take pride in quality work and want long-term stability with a respected contractor. Location: Greenville, MI

Requirements

Current Journeyman Plumber license preferred
Strong knowledge of residential and multi-family plumbing systems
Experience with underground, rough-in, top-out, and finish plumbing
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Self-motivated with strong time-management skills
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to support crew members
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Full-time, consistent commercial construction work
Overtime available based on project needs
On-call work is limited and project-dependent (not a daily service role)
Local projects primarily in the Greenville, MI area

Responsibilities

Read, interpret, and work from blueprints and job plans
Perform underground plumbing layout and installation
Complete top-out layout and installation
Install tubs and showers
Perform plumbing work on: New home construction, Renovations and remodels, Multi-family projects
Install and service water heaters
Install plumbing fixtures (sinks, toilets, faucets, etc.)
Ensure work meets local plumbing codes and quality standards
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite
Coordinate with team members, foremen, and other trades
Provide guidance and leadership when needed
