We are seeking a skilled and dependable Plumber to support our commercial and residential properties. Requirements

• Valid Tennessee driver’s license
• Reliable transportation to and from work and job sites
• Proven commercial plumbing experience (required)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and tools
• Ability to work independently and manage daily workload efficiency
• Strong attendance

Nice To Haves

• Residential plumbing experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair work
• Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues including water supply, drainage, and fixtures
• Read and interpret plumbing plans, schematics, and specification
• Ensure all plumbing work meets local codes, safety regulation, and company standards
• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and emergency repairs
• Coordinate with project managers and other trades as needed
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
• Document completed work and report material or repair needs
