Are you ready to become a professional plumbing service technician? Typical schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00am–5:00pm working from our Smyrna location. Plumbers are also tasked with a rotating on-call shift. Total compensation between $80,000-$140,000 depending upon experience. NO CAP BONUS PLAN- Top plumbers are making over $140,000.00 total compensation per year. Service Plumber Description: 1-Tom-Plumber is a fast-growing emergency plumbing start-up that provides services to both commercial and residential properties. The Plumber/Technician is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in the territory. We are looking for a service plumber of any experience level. However, compensation will vary depending on experience. Requirements

High school diploma, Valid Driver License, Pass drug screen
Sound judgement and critical thinking
Maintain consistent communication with dispatch
Candidates are required to pass a drug test and criminal background check
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience as a Service Plumber Technician.
Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
Strong critical thinking skills and consistent communication with dispatch.

Nice To Haves

When given state-of-the-art equipment, able to consistently generate a minimum of $25,000 in revenue and perform excellent work.
Able to perform daily responsibilities listed below

Responsibilities

Carry out regular maintenance of plumbing systems at commercial and residential sites
Perform installation of plumbing systems at newly renovated properties
Inspect previously installed systems and perform any necessary repairs
Communicate effectively with customers to represent the 1 Tom Plumber image with pride
Provide information regarding plumbing system upkeep as needed
Keep detailed reports of work done at various job sites
Properly clean and maintain company provided equipment and vehicle
Maintain consistent communication with dispatch
Perform excellent customer service
Perform excellent quality work
Participate in on-call rotation and rapidly respond to customer’s plumbing emergencies
