Job Summary: We are seeking Licensed Plumbers to join our growing team. You put in the hours, took all the tests, and now it’s time to get rewarded for your efforts. Lifetime Plumbing Service Experts Evaluates customer plumbing/sewer situation, develops multi-option proposals/estimates, presents to customers using the Harts service process. Completes service plumbing work. Understands service criteria and is accountable for revenue goals. Lifetime Plumbing Install Experts Evaluates customer plumbing installation; develops a plan of action from sold/agreed-upon estimate and presents to customers using the Harts service process. Completes plumbing and other related in-home installations. Understands install criteria and is accountable for completing jobs on time and under budget. Location: This position is performed on the road in the greater North King County and Snohomish County areas.

Requirements

PL01, PL02, or PL04 License Required
Valid Driver's License with clean driving record Required
Clean Background Check
Confident and professional communication skills via phone and face to face interaction with homeowners.
Experience with and able to navigate mobile devices (Apple products) with the ability to learn new software.
Attention to detail when debriefing office or homeowner about your findings in the field.
Service oriented and ability to interact with all customer service scenarios (positive and negative). Ability to empathize and work through challenging problem-solving situations.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Plumbing experience required, with additional training provided.
Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
Must be able to be on your feet / knees for extended periods of time.
Must be able to work in crawl spaces and attics for periods of time.

Responsibilities

Gather information and data about equipment being serviced.
Diagnose system failures and issues, educate customer on findings, and offer recommendations for solutions.
Navigate tablet software to understand previous history of customer and their equipment.
Engage in client discussions professionally and politely to uncover their needs and works with their team leaders to address issues if beyond their knowledge base.
