About The Position

Rowe (now Leaky's) has been serving Lubbock since 1977, providing HVAC and Plumbing services to residential and commercial customers. Now, we’re expanding into plumbing—and we need a skilled, motivated Repair Plumber. Please only apply if you are a tradesman or journeyman. This is a great opportunity to serve our existing customer base who already trust us for their HVAC needs. You’ll work independently with a company-provided vehicle and power tools, delivering high-quality plumbing repairs to homes and businesses across Lubbock. Requirements

Tradesman or Journeyman License in Texas
Experience in residential & light commercial plumbing repairs
Willingness to be on call during the week after hours (but not on weekends)
Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
Ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and work in various conditions
Strong troubleshooting & customer service skills
Self-motivated

Responsibilities

Diagnose & repair plumbing issues – water heaters, drains, fixtures, leaks, water quality products, water softeners, etc..
Provide estimates & recommendations to customers
Work independently with strong communication skills
Maintain & organize your company-provided vehicle & tools
Complete job documentation using mobile software
Maintain a clean & safe job site, adhering to safety standards
