About The Position
Under the directions of the Maintenance Manager and/or the department supervisor, provides plumbing and related support for facilities.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid NYS driver's license clear of violations consistent with FLH Policy
- EPA Certified in refrigerant recovery, Journeyman or Master Plumber, Medical Gas Certification, 1st class or 2nd class Boiler Operator (Stationary Engineer)
- 1-2 years in building operations and maintenance and professional certification
- Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions and established procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and ability to deal with the public in a professional and courteous manner.
Nice To Haves
- 2 years in professional certification
