About The Position

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman or Master Plumbers for projects located in and around the Portland, ME area . This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of $40–$45/hour based on experience and skill level. J ob Scope: Commercial hotel build-out project Install plumbing runs in floors and walls as directed Install fixtures, sinks, drainage, and toilets Prep each room for bathroom fixtures, drains, and fire fixtures Install rough-in plumbing across 10 floors, including 99 rooms, common area restrooms, kitchens, and bar areas Work with PEX, PVC, copper, and CPVC to install water lines, drainage, and fixtures Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Must have a valid Maine Journeyman or Master Plumbing License
• Must have OSHA 10 certification; TI does offer the course to qualified Employees who have yet to obtain the certification
• Minimum of 5 years of commercial plumbing experience preferred
• Standard PPE and basic plumbing tools required
