The Plumber II is responsible for all aspects of installation, maintenance, inspection, operation, and repair of plumbing systems in assigned locations(s). COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $36.00 to $36.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. Requirements

Two - four years experience and knowledge in repair and general maintenance of plumbing required.
Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

Maintains friendly, efficient, positive customer service attitude toward customers, clients, and co-workers
Anticipates and responds to customer needs.
Inspects assigned areas on a routine basis and performs maintenance where necessary to keep facility in functioning and serviceable condition.
Completes daily, weekly, or monthly checklists of pre-scheduled building and equipment maintenance procedure.
Repair and maintain plumbing, replacing defective washers, replace or mend broken pipes and open clogged drains.
Reports on any major maintenance needs and recommends corrective action as appropriate.
Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures.
