Responsible for the overall maintenance, repair and installation of all existing and new plumbing components of the building and grounds. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Troubleshoots and takes corrective action to ensure plumbing, waste disposal and water supply systems are maintained and operate as needed. Manage and repair issues with water supply lines Repair and replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets, etc. Understand layout of plumbing waste disposal and water supply systems. Carries out assigned work procedures and work schedules. Performs other facilities related duties as may be assigned by reporting senior.
