Requirements

2+ years of plumbing experience
Strong communication skills
Ability to regularly lift 50-100 lbs, work outdoors, crawl into tight spaces, and climb ladders
All candidates must pass pre-employment drug screenings and background checks
A valid driver’s license and a safe driving record (please provide a recent DMV driving report)

Responsibilities

Handle residential plumbing service calls
Create accurate repair estimates for clients
Educate customers about plumbing products and solutions when necessary
Perform routine maintenance and repairs
Provide training and support for junior team members
Communicate professionally with customers
Follow and adhere to local plumbing codes and regulations
Take on additional tasks as assigned by management, with flexibility based on business needs
