Requirements

  • Possess a Journeyman or Master Plumbing License in good standing with the Texas Board of Plumbers.
  • Embrace COPPERA, LLC's mission, vision, and core values.
  • Proactively identify and solve problems to ensure project efficiency.
  • Possess safety certifications (OSHA 30, CPR, Confined Space, First Aid, as required).
  • Become Familiar with COPPERA, LLC Quality Standards.
  • Ability to read drawings and understand project milestones.
  • Proficient in using tools such as Smartsheet, Emails, Dropbox, etc.
  • Knowledge of COPPERA, LLC processes (Material Requisition, Time Keeping, RFI's, Change Orders, 75% Complete).
  • Intermediate skills in mathematical calculations for budgeting purposes.
  • Optimize resources to drive efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Passion for training future tradespeople.

Responsibilities

  • Execute daily tasks based on drawings and specifications under the guidance of the Crew Lead.
  • Prioritize safety by performing stretch and flex exercises, wearing proper PPE, and logging work time accurately.
  • Adhere to the weekly work plan to meet project timelines.
  • Collaborate with the Crew Lead to adjust work plans based on daily changes and priorities.
  • Maintain COPPERA, LLC's quality standards in installations.
  • Uphold job site performance in terms of cleanliness, organization, appearance, task completion, and safety measures.
  • Organize and inventory materials and small tools, promptly alerting the Crew Lead as necessary.
  • Provide training to apprentices in plumbing materials and systems.
  • Attend safety meetings to stay informed and actively contribute to maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Participate in tracking skills against the Crew Lead Training program to ensure continuous learning and knowledge development.
