un ⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Plumber (Stockton) ABC Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning 322 North Main St. near Lockeford compensation: DOE employment type: job title: Journeyman Plumber BENEFITS: • Medical • Paid Vacation • Paid Holidays • Stocked Company Vehicle, Gas Card and Tablet DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Troubleshoot to locate and repair pipe and pipeline systems using various methods • Able to diagnose leaks of an unknown source (up to down leaks) • Install and/or repair household appliances like water heaters, toilets, sinks, garbage disposals, etc. • Analyze problems and identify appropriate tools and materials for repair • Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs, and/or records SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: • 3 years of previous residential plumbing experience • Solid understanding of basic plumbing concepts, water distribution, and disposal systems in residential buildings • Ability to handle physical workload • Strong communication and customer service skills, friendly and approachable • Ability to work with high degree of integrity and promote positive company image • Valid driver's license, with minimal DMV infractions WORK CONDITIONS: • Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear • Occasionally required to lift and/or move objects 10-75 lbs • Regularly required to sit, stand, walk • Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus • Work is performed in residential properties (attic, garage, crawl space, roof) • Frequent standing, squatting, sitting for extended periods of time • Occasionally required to ascend/descend ladders and balance Benefits: • Health insurance • Paid time off Schedule: • Day shift • Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: • Signing bonus Experience: • Residential Plumbing: 3 years (Required) License/Certification: • Driver's License (Required) Work Location: Multiple Locations Principals only.
