The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential and commercial plumbing, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality service.

Requirements

• 3 years of service experience in the plumbing field.
• Must be client-oriented with a drive to serve our customers.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Flat rate pricing experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Familiarity with standard industry concepts, practices, codes, and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• ServiceTitan experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential and commercial plumbing systems.
• Perform repairs on residential and commercial plumbing systems.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of plumbing systems.
• Adhere to all applicable codes and safety laws on job sites and when using equipment and vehicles.
• Adhere to all quality and safety codes.
• Maintain company equipment and property.
• Complete the appropriate paperwork and follow all company policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently.
