Requirements

• Ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials and working in confined spaces.
• Familiarity with plumbing tools and systems is beneficial, though not always required for entry-level positions.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with plumbers and other team members.

Responsibilities

• Support licensed plumbers in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
• Clean and organize work sites, ensuring all necessary tools and materials are readily available.
• Fetch tools, hold pipes in place, and assist in cutting and fitting pipes as directed by the plumber.
• Under supervision, carry out minor plumbing repairs such as replacing faucet washers and unclogging drains.
• Properly dispose of debris and waste materials in compliance with local regulations.
• Engage in on-the-job training to learn plumbing techniques and safety protocols.
