As we grow, we’re looking for a Plumber to join our crew and help us level up our plumbing division. We’re looking for a Plumber (licensed or unlicensed) who knows their craft. You’ll handle installs, repairs, and maintenance in residential and commercial settings while mentoring the next generation of plumbers and making sure the job’s done right. Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on plumbing experience in residential or light commercial settings.
• Strong problem-solving skills to navigate challenges and provide reliable fixes.
• Physical endurance to tackle the demands of the job, including confined spaces and heights.
• Solid communication skills— you know how to explain the job to customers without confusing them.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with advanced plumbing systems, such as hydronic heating or industrial piping.
• Familiarity with sustainable plumbing solutions and practices.
• Ability to confidently handle sales discussions for repair and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Handle residential plumbing projects with confidence, from water supply lines and drainage systems to fixtures like toilets, sinks, boilers and water heaters (both tank and tankless).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, using your expertise to find lasting solutions.
• Perform thorough system testing to ensure leaks and other issues are resolved before wrapping up the job.
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety standards on every project.
• Communicate with customers, providing clear estimates and recommendations for any additional work (earn commissions for upsells).
• Step up in emergencies, responding quickly to unexpected situations with professionalism and skill.
