JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY This position performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality. JOB DESCRIPTION Property Type: Stabilized, Mid-rise and Garden Style Unit Count: 2861 Schedule: Weekend required, on call required Requirements: 1 -2 years of related experience Housing Discount - This position is eligible for 20% housing discount. Commission or bonus eligible — average monthly renewal bonus of up to $450. Plumbing Installation & Repair - Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and water heaters. Diagnose and fix leaks, clogs, and pressure issues. System Maintenance - Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance for residential and commercial systems. Compliance & Safety - Follow local plumbing codes and safety standards; read and interpret blueprints and specifications. Customer Service - Communicate effectively with clients, provide estimates, and explain repair solutions clearly. Team Collaboration - Work with other trades and assist senior plumbers on complex projects. Documentation - Record work performed, materials used, and submit required reports. Emergency Response - Handle emergency plumbing calls, including after-hours or weekend shifts as needed. Bilingual (Spanish Preferred) - Fluent in English and Spanish to effectively support diverse residents and staff.
