Responsible for repairing, replacing, or maintaining assorted plumbing, sewer and related fixtures in good operating condition.
Nice To Haves
- Previous employment experience as a plumber (or equivalent) in government and/or higher education environment.
- Ability to effectively utilize blueprints and schematics.
- Proficiency managing work orders using a portable electronic tablet/device.
- Use of AiM and SAP
