Requirements

Knowledge of construction practices, including plumbing installation and repair techniques.
Experience with welding, pipe threading, and working with hand tools and power tools.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams for plumbing or mechanical systems.
Strong understanding of construction site safety procedures and protocols.
Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment on busy construction sites.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with HVAC systems and basic mechanical knowledge is a plus.
Previous handyman experience or involvement in remodeling projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Support lead plumbers with the installation and repair of piping systems, fixtures, and appliances using hand tools and power tools.
Assist with reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand project requirements.
Prepare work sites by measuring, cutting, threading pipes, and assembling plumbing components accurately.
Help maintain construction site safety standards by adhering to protocols and properly handling tools and materials.
Carry out basic maintenance tasks on plumbing equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
Assist with remodeling projects by performing carpentry tasks or minor repairs as needed.
Support field service activities by helping troubleshoot mechanical issues related to plumbing or HVAC systems.
