Plumber Helper - Laborer
About The Position
This full-time assisting role with our plumbing and rooter company works Monday through Friday, 8 am - 4 pm EST . A day in the life of a Plumber Helper - Laborer is hands-on and changes from day to day. Your main job is to be of support to the plumber you are working with that day. You start your morning by loading the truck with all the necessary tools and materials. Once on-site, you assist the plumber with many different tasks including but not limited to digging trenches for new pipes, carrying heavy materials/supplies, helping clean up job sites, ensuring tools are taken care of, and maintaining a clean and organized truck. You learn on the job, picking up valuable skills and techniques while working alongside experienced plumbers. By the end of the day, you feel accomplished, knowing your hard work contributes to a happy customer and a well-functioning plumbing system.
Requirements
- High school diploma (preferred but not required)
- Previous experience in the plumbing industry (required)
- Reliable transportation to Easton, MD
- Applicants will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening (which includes screening for marijuana) to be eligible for employment.
