Requirements
- Proven experience as a skilled plumber, with a minimum of 5 years in plumbing work
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team
- In-depth knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices
- Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly in tackling challenging plumbing situations
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members, clients, and subcontractors
- Valid plumbing license/certificate in accordance with local regulations
- Ability to operate company vehicles and a clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Perform Plumbing Installations and service work
- Supervise plumbing projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards
- Coordinate and manage a team of plumber and subcontractors, assigning tasks and ensuring efficient workflow
- Conduct on-site inspections to assess project progress and compliance with plumbing codes and regulations
- Troubleshoot complex plumbing issues and provide effective solutions to ensure project success
- Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, following all safety protocols and guidelines
- Provide training and mentorship to junior plumbers, contributing to their skill development
