About The Position
Day & Night Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing is seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber / Drain Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing, drain clearing, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing residential plumbing issues, including drain clearing, jetting, and sewer installations, while ensuring customers receive high-quality service and solutions. We are excited to offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus for any Plumbing Technician with 3+ years of relevant residential plumbing experience. Conditions apply. Here is the stuff you really care about (In addition to a great salary): Our technicians average $95,000K annually but you have the potential to make as much as $160,000! NO ON-CALL ROTATION! Never be called out at 2 AM again! Relax when you get home. We cover nearly 100% of your healthcare premiums. Requirements
- 3+ years of prior plumbing experience (preferably in residential)
- Proven ability to complete residential drain clearing, jetting, and sewer installs efficiently and safely
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- Have a working knowledge of plumbing codes
- Understand the methods, materials, and standard tools of the plumbing trade
Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and repairing residential plumbing issues
- Drain clearing
- Jetting
- Sewer installations
- Service water heaters, faucets, and leaks
- Complete all required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
- Keep the customer informed of what you are doing when you are doing it, and how it will be done
- Maintain the required equipment and inventory in the truck for maximum efficiency
