Plumber/Boiler Technician
About The Position
Due to our continued growth, we have a full-time position available for an experienced Licensed Plumber/Boiler Technician. We provide a wide range of plumbing services to our residential customers as well as providing expert service and maintenance on a wide variety of residential FHW heating equipment throughout Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. We are looking to add a skilled, experienced Plumber to our team. Duties include replacement/installation of residential plumbing fixtures, pipe repair, leak detection, water heater replacement and the servicing and repair of forced hot water heating systems We are a stable, reputable company looking for long-term, quality skilled tradesmen to grow with our company. Requirements
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to communicate effectively and be professional with customers
- 2-5 years plumbing experience
Nice To Haves
- Boiler experience a plus
- Oil experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Effectively troubleshoot, diagnose and repair plumbing issues
- Service and install water heaters
- Perform repair and maintenance services on forced hot water heating systems
- Exceed customer expectations and resolve any concerns promptly
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or products that would be in the best interest of the customer
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service calls and work performed
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and truck
- Participate actively in all training and on-going education
