Because of this, we expect every team member to: • Maintain a clean, professional appearance • Speak respectfully and professionally with customers • Represent our company with integrity and professionalism • Take pride in both their workmanship and their conduct This position is not a rough construction jobsite environment. We are looking for individuals who want to build a professional career in the plumbing trade. What You'll Be Doing You will work alongside licensed plumbers and master plumbers learning the trade through real field experience. You will learn how to: • Diagnose and repair plumbing systems • Install plumbing fixtures and piping • Work safely with professional tools and equipment • Serve homeowners with professionalism and integrity • Develop the skills required to obtain your Tennessee Plumbing License This is a hands-on learning position, not classroom training. This Job Is Physically Demanding Plumbing is a skilled trade that requires hard work. On a typical day you may be: • Lifting equipment and materials • Working in crawlspaces or tight spaces • Working outdoors in heat or cold • Standing, bending, kneeling, and moving throughout the day If you are looking for a desk job or light work, this position will not be a good fit. Compensation Earn $30,000 – $50,000 per year while learning the trade.
