About The Position

Plumbers perform skilled plumbing work to maintain and repair plumbing systems, fixtures and equipment. Incumbents possess a degree of knowledge and proficiency sufficient to perform advanced-level work and may provide work direction and training to others. The Nevada Department of Corrections has a vacancy for a Plumber 2 at Lovelock Correctional Center, in Lovelock. Duties include all plumbing water lines, fixtures, drains, and wastewater treatment plant. The Plumber 2 will maintain an inventory of needed repair parts and tools needed to service the institution.
