Dependability and flexibility are essential, as the candidate should accept new responsibilities and assignments willingly. The ability to physically assist students with disabilities, interact comfortably and confidently with the public, and complete training in communicable disease, child abuse/neglect, behavioral management, CPR, and/or first aid may be required as a condition of employment.
