About The Position

The PLT Bead Room Supervisor will be responsible for supervising PLT Bead activities, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and housekeeping. The role involves coordinating the workforce and following company policies, maintaining accurate production reporting, and training employees. The supervisor will conduct BT1 meetings and safety meetings. The PLT Bead Floor Supervisor is solely responsible for the PLT Bead room operations on a shift (for both PLT plants), which includes Bead winding machines, Conti Fillers, Steelastics, machine setups, and sequencing beads. Responsibilities also include overseeing production and production efficiencies, providing a safe work environment, ensuring quality guidelines are met, coordinating work assignments and manning, and maintaining housekeeping and alignment in the Bead area. Additional duties may be assigned by the Department Manager, and the supervisor is expected to promote a team atmosphere and perform SAP scheduling, leading the shiftily BT1 process and charting. All ESH procedures, policies, and legal requirements must be implemented and monitored.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or 2 years experience required.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

• Previous manufacturing supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise PLT Bead activities ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and housekeeping.

• Implement and monitor all ESH procedures, policies, and legal requirements.
