About The Position

The Sales Engineering Transformation team is dedicated to creating and maintaining the most elite Sales Engineering (SE) team in the industry. We achieve this by owning the end-to-end enablement process, including the design, creation, and delivery of both new hire SE Onboarding and ongoing, continuous training programs. A critical part of our mission is to validate new hire SEs post-onboarding, ensuring they have fully absorbed the necessary knowledge and can effectively deliver it to our customers and partners. This specific role is a key member of the greater Sales Engineering Transformation team, with a dedicated focus on Product Lead Sales (PLS) enablement, specializing in deep-dive Cloud knowledge. You will be responsible for elevating the technical expertise of our PLS SEs, ensuring they possess the cutting-edge cloud infrastructure knowledge required to succeed.

Requirements

  • Deep, demonstrable knowledge of the major Cloud Hyperscalers: Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Proven experience in teaching, training, or delivering complex technical content, particularly core concepts of Cloud infrastructure, to a sales or technical audience.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with experience running interactive, successful in-person bootcamps and training events.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Management, and Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of the Sales Engineering role and the technical depth required to support a Product Lead Sales motion.

Responsibilities

  • Cloud Enablement Strategy: Design and develop advanced training curriculum and content focused on deep knowledge of core concepts across major Cloud Hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, and GCP).
  • Training Delivery: Lead and run in-person bootcamps and virtual sessions for new SE hires and existing team members.
  • Content Development: Create and maintain materials for continual education, ensuring the PLS SE team's knowledge base remains current with the latest industry trends and product features.
  • Product Liaison: Establish a direct, collaborative relationship with Product Management to understand and translate new product features, updates, and roadmaps into compelling, technical training for the SEs.
  • Knowledge Validation: Assist in the validation process for new SEs post-onboarding, specifically assessing their cloud infrastructure and product knowledge absorption and delivery capabilities.
