About The Position
Randy Cramer Snow & Lawn is seeking experienced and reliable plow truck operators for the upcoming winter season. As a well-established residential plowing company entering its 45th season, we pride ourselves on our commitment to quality service and reliability. We offer two types of employment options: (a) Employees who will operate our equipment and receive a competitive hourly wage of $25, or (b) Subcontractors who can utilize their own equipment and earn between $60 to $100 per hour. We are looking for individuals who are dependable, take pride in their work, and are ready to join a team that values hard work and dedication.
