About The Position
As a Senior Engineering Manager PLM - Outdoor Systems, you’ll be part of our Outdoor team working as a hybrid employee and will work in close collaboration with your peers in the team, as well as IT, third party vendors and the Outdoor product development teams, you will ensure a successful migration of legacy CAD/PLM users, data & workflows into the unified OnePLM platform across Tools & Outdoor. You have deep knowledge and understanding of Product Lifecycle Management principles and processes, including CAD tools & workflows. You have a firm grasp of the Outdoor product lifecycle processes in use, and can help the development team map these into the future state. You will work collaboratively with the PLM Operations team, engineering leaders, and stakeholders, as well as software and service providers, with specific oversight and responsibility for the CAD/PDM systems used in Outdoor product development. Your goal is to deliver on the cost, schedule, and quality commitments of OnePLM.
