About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced PLM Engagement Manager to lead strategic Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) initiatives across engineering, manufacturing, and digital transformation domains. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Dassault Systems 3DEXPERIENCE, Siemens Teamcenter, and PTC Windchill, and will be responsible for delivering enterprise-wide PLM solutions that align with business goals and drive operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in PLM systems, with 5+ years in engagement or program management roles.
  • Proven track record in delivering PLM solutions using 3DEXPERIENCE, Teamcenter, and Windchill.
  • Strong understanding of PLM workflows, configuration, and customization.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end PLM engagements across multiple industries (Aerospace, Automotive, Consumer Goods, etc.).
  • Manage cross-functional teams across geographies, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Serve as the primary client interface for PLM programs, ensuring stakeholder alignment and satisfaction.
  • Oversee implementation, customization, and integration of PLM platforms: 3DEXPERIENCE, Teamcenter, and Windchill.
  • Define PLM architecture and roadmaps tailored to client needs.
  • Lead workshops for requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.
  • Ensure seamless integration with ERP, MES, CAD, and other enterprise systems.
  • Manage large-scale data migration and system consolidation efforts.
  • Establish governance frameworks for product data and lifecycle processes.
  • Leverage Capgemini’s PLM accelerators and automation tools to optimize delivery.
  • Promote adoption of low-code platforms and GenAI for digital continuity.
