About The Position
As a Release Manager at Form Energy, you will manage a small team of Change Analysts and Tech Writers, overseeing the generation and release of engineering and New Product Introduction Bills Of Materials (BOMS), along with supporting documentation into consumable packages for downstream internal customers. Your responsibilities will include creating ECOs with direction from engineering teams, verifying attachments, BOMs, sourcing information, and other relevant metadata to ensure accuracy in the PLM system. Additionally, you will support the creation of technical documentation for product assembly, installation, and operation manuals, ensuring that documentation is clear, current, and accessible. You will also maintain and execute our Arena PLM system, monitor automated data inputs and outputs, rectify any data inconsistencies or errors, and ensure timely review and release of ECOs. Modifications to the ECO process will be necessary to achieve acceptable results, and you will publish ECO information and reports to notify relevant parties of upcoming and completed changes. Overall, your role will ensure that the Design Documentation department fully supports the product development and production efforts of the Engineering, Testing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality teams.
