About The Position

The PLM Functional CPG Senior Consultant role at Deloitte involves leveraging deep expertise in product lifecycle management (PLM) within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) and life sciences sectors. The consultant will engage with clients to transform their value chains, enhance operational efficiency, and implement innovative solutions using SAP S4 Hana technology. Requirements

• 6+ years of PLM experience in consumer product goods and life sciences.
• Experience with formulated products, including formula, recipe, and product compliance.
• S4 functional experience in EPD, Product compliance, and Product Data management.
• Consulting experience managing/executing at least 2 full digital transformation programs with S4 PLM.
• Experience using analytics and metrics to assess manufacturing performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Nice To Haves

• 5+ years of experience in business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional process design, system testing, and solution delivery.
• Experience in CAD integration, SAP MDG, and Quality Module.
• Experience with other PLM packages such as Windchill, Siemens, or Dassault.
• Master's degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead discussions with business users to understand their needs and translate those into SAP functionality.
• Collaborate with technical architects to ensure SAP solutions are feasible and scalable.
• Perform high-level functional architecture, analysis, research, and design for PLM solutions using S4 Hana.
• Promote and participate in forums to share expertise and resolve client challenges.
• Collaborate on innovative solutions to enhance the practice's future.
• Develop knowledge and gain project experience in PLM's newest solutions.
