About The Position

Method Flow Products, a Roeslein Company, is seeking a PLC Programmer. Method Flow is looking for an individual who has the desire to perform quality work in a safe manner, who is detail-oriented, and who has superior customer focus. This individual must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or G.E.D. is preferred but not required.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record and be 21 years of age to drive a company truck.
  • Four to six years' experience in an automation position including supervisory experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience with different hand/power tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with a solid work ethic.
  • Excellent organization and planning skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including overtime.

Responsibilities

  • Comply with Roeslein & Associates' core values for the safe and efficient operation of the business and maintain sound relationships with employees.
  • Act as a leader who represents the organization and serves as a liaison to customers, adhering to company contracts and resolving issues with urgency and professionalism.
  • Perform all work in compliance with company standards, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Complete all safety training classes with a 100% pass rate.
  • Train all new employees to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to perform their duties to the organization's standard.
  • Develop the team and provide feedback for annual performance evaluations.
  • Escalate employee issues and company violations to ensure understanding of policies and procedures.
  • Respond timely to troubleshoot issues and avoid prolonged delays.
  • Meet deadlines while working safely to ensure a quality product.
  • Work with customers to solve automation issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of time and materials used on different projects.
  • Install automation devices on oil field equipment including pressure transmitters, level gauges, pneumatic valve controllers, gas/oil/water meters, and ESD buttons.
  • Install steel piping stacks, gauges, and conduit fittings, and perform various physical tasks related to installation.
  • Promote a positive working environment to achieve the organization's goals.
