Your Impact You’ll sustain and improve the performance of production equipment, material handling systems, and facility infrastructure. From preventive routines to rapid response, you’ll ensure reliability and safety in equal measure. How You’ll Work Attack downtime with preventive and predictive maintenance that heads off failures. Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems on machinery, conveyors, motors, bearings, hydraulics, pneumatics, and automation/PLC-driven systems. Leverage schematics, blueprints, and manuals to guide efficient repairs. Own your documentation: close work orders, record corrective actions, and keep supervisors informed. Pitch in on new equipment installs, machine changeovers, and continuous improvement projects. Champion safety, rigorously following lockout/tagout and plant procedures. Your Expertise PLC troubleshooting skills, plus PLC programming experience and PLC wiring experience. Heavy equipment repair along with broad maintenance and repair skills. Mechanical troubleshooting skills for motors, bearings, and conveyor systems. Electrical troubleshooting and electrical repair in industrial environments. Comfort working with 120/208/240/480 voltage systems and other high voltage systems. Pneumatics troubleshooting and hydraulics proficiency. Boiler troubleshooting experience.
