About The Position
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Custodian to help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the La Villita Plaza. This role is essential to ensuring a clean, welcoming, and safe environment for visitors and tenants. The ideal candidate is punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Perform general custodial duties across the plaza
- Remove trash and debris from all public areas, including trash receptacles
- Sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness of walkways, seating areas, and public spaces
- Use leaf blower and pressure washer as needed
- Ensure daily upkeep and cleanliness standards are met throughout the shift
- Follow safety guidelines and proper equipment use at all times
