About The Position

Culpeper Wellness Foundation is seeking energetic, responsible candidates for part-time Playroom Attendant positions! The ideal candidate will be available year-round for morning shifts and evening shifts and have previous childcare experience and current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications (preferred). If not certified, training is provided. Candidate will be actively engaged with children from ages six weeks to 12 years old and should have strong communication/interpersonal and multi-tasking skills, a high level of patience, the ability to enforce rules, manage conflict and carry out instruction.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older

Nice To Haves

• Previous childcare experience
• CPR/AED and First Aid certifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a squeaky-clean and safe environment
• Ensure our fortress is toddler/baby-proof at all times.
• Maintain order and discipline
• Master the art of the swift pick-up.
• Field questions and follow through for our amazing members and guests.
• Create memories and build relationships
