Serve patrons by showing high standards of guest service at all times thus providing a helpful and friendly environment in all areas. Qualified candidates must have the ability to multi-task while working in various sections of the ballpark, include helping patrons locate their assigned seats, solve any service problems as well as answering general questions regarding Dow Diamond. Candidates must also be willing to assist in cleanup of work area both during the game and after each game. Essential Functions: Candidates must provide a safe and friendly environment in Lou E. Loon’s Lookout. Candidate must have the ability to multi-task while working in the playground which can include interacting with children ages 2-12, ensuring safety of all patrons as well as answering general questions. Candidate could be cross trained to help in other sections including: Seating Bowl, Northern Lights Pavilion and Outfield sections. Candidates must be creative, enthusiastic, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and outgoing individuals that truly enjoy having FUN. Must be able to work flexible hours including day, evening, weekend and holiday hours. You will have the responsibility of working safely at all times. Physical Demands: Ability to withstand outdoor elements: heat or cold as well as being on your feet for extended periods of time possibly in one spot (minimum of 5+ hours). Elevated noise levels are to be expected. Must be able to do the following: climb stairs, climb playground ladder in Lou E. Loon’s Lookout and push up to 150 pounds.
