About The Position

Under the direction of the Casino Marketing Manager, the incumbent is responsible for soliciting and identifying new gaming customers on the casino floor for the Player's Club program and maintains customer information assuring the highest standards of data entry. The position involves generating new business by signing up qualified customers for the Player's Club, greeting and interacting with guests in a courteous and professional manner, and communicating to customers up to date information regarding promotions, events, entertainment and general property information. The role also includes creating and issuing Player's Club cards and performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service, data entry, telemarketing or retail sales experience preferred.
  • An equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Responsibilities
